Nine men gangraped and brutalized a 28-year-old mentally-challenged Nepalese woman in Rohtak district Haryana state nearer to Delhi capital of India. The woman had came from Nepal three months ago and was staying with her sister at Rohtak while being treated at a hospital. Her sister had reported her missing. The police did not take it seriously.
