The INDIAN voters are on the platform of elections. They are waiting for suitable Train of candidates. Some of them know what is their Train and from where it comes. But unfortunately some unauthorized persons --Money, Caste, Religion, Region and wine with flag rods, threatening and occupying reserved seats of genuine voters in that Train.

No one is there to defend the system to safe guard the rights of genuine passengers-voters.

After the Independence of 61 years -no free and fair elections to get reserved berth of poling and secure seat in Train.

How far it is acceptable to start the Train without rectifying the defect? 

Who will solve the problem?
