What is the truth ..who killed Mahatma?

"It is an universal truth that RSS killed  Mahatma Gandhi..it need not to be proved in the Court". According to  INC president Rahul Gandhi.

Here is one question.

Indian National Congress party ruled the country almost 60 years but unable to ban RSS.Why?
Why Nehru called RSS in Indian Republic parade when he was Indian Prime Minister ?
Why Indira Gandhi shared the stage with RSS ?

BJP in a fix--They have to keep ascertaining that Godse was not an RSS man and Congress will continue bringing RSS history, it's role in Freedom struggle, the true face of SAVARKAR etc...

Sardar Vallabhai Patel  whom the RSS claim as their own today wrote to Golwalkar explaining his reasons for banning the RSS, he said "were full communal poison.. As a final result of the poison, the country had to suffer the sacrifice of the valuable life of Gandhiji. when the RSS men expressed joy and distributed sweets after Gandhi's death..under these conditions it became inevitable for the government to take action against the RSS. 


The nation wants healthy discussion and wants truth who killed Gandhi? 

What is the reasons behind it?
